Primary Division
TODDLERS, PRIMARY 1 & 2
Recognizing the natural delight children
have in dancing, emphasis is placed on
teaching an understanding of space in
relation to others and encouraging
students to express themselves freely.
Using a fun approach to dance,
fundamental ballet techniques are
gradually introduced to prepare
students for more advanced training. In
May, the Primary Division classes
perform in our studios for parents and
family members.

Junior Division
LEVELS 1-8
The Junior Division gradually increases the
emphasis on proper body alignment and
physical discipline as the students mature.
Students are taught correct terminology as
well as dance history.
Students attend class once a week in Levels
1-3, twice a week in Levels 4-5, and three
times a week in Levels 6-7. By Level 8,
students are encouraged to attend at least
four classes a week. We will make
arrangements for students who wish to
attend more than the required number of
classes in their age level.
Broadway-style jazz, an integral part of dance
training, is introduced in Levels 4 and 5. It
continues with Elementary Jazz at Level 6.

Senior Division INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED
Our Senior Division offers intensive training in ballet and pointe to pre-professional students. Students are urged to take four classes a week at this level.
Adult Division INTERMEDIATE ADULT BALLET
Many adults in our community find dance is an excellent way to combine meaningful exercise with an understanding of the technical aspects of ballet. We encourage you to join our intermediate adult ballet class and have fun learning the “art” of healthy living.
